To ensure compatibility with educational hours and apprentice workshop shifts, the physical reception desk operates during dedicated academic windows:

• Monday & Tuesday: 16:30 – 18:45 (Student inscriptions, sports medical questionnaire verification)
• Wednesday: 13:30 – 17:30 (Inter-school tournament coordination, equipment management)
• Thursday & Friday: 16:30 – 18:30 (Volunteer inquiries, administrative filings)
• Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30 (Matchday logistics, weekend outdoor excursion staging)
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed for civic resting and facility maintenance.

Our headquarters at 84 Rue du Bois Fortant is easily accessible through the Charleville-Mézières urban transport network (TAC - Transports de l'Agglomération de Charleville-Mézières):

For students and parents visiting our physical secretariat in Charleville-Mézières to submit official documentation, please ensure that you bring the required paper filings to expedite registration:

• Vocational School Enrollment Verification: Current school certificate (certificat de scolarité) or apprentice card (carte d'étudiant des métiers) verifying enrollment in an accredited vocational high school or apprentice training center (CFA) within the Ardennes district.
• Health Questionnaire for Minors: Fully completed Cerfa health evaluation form signed by the student and their legal guardian, or a medical certificate from an attending physician dated within the preceding six months if affirmative responses are noted.
• Emergency Contact & Parental Consent Form: Designating at least two reachable contacts in the Ardennes department authorized to receive medical communications during off-campus sports meets.
